Specialized Treatment Training

  • Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression
  • Trigenics

These treatment options may be incorporated into a personalized care plan when appropriate following an evaluation.

A Multidisciplinary Approach to Care

Kitsap Spine & Wellness takes a patient-centered approach that looks at how pain, mobility, strength, posture, previous injuries, and movement patterns may be affecting a patient’s daily life.

Depending on examination findings, treatment may combine chiropractic care, Class IV laser therapy, spinal decompression, exercise therapy, functional movement work, infrared therapy, or other conservative services available at the office.

The goal is to select treatment based on the individual patient’s symptoms, examination findings, functional limitations, and recovery goals rather than using the same approach for every condition.

Conditions and Injuries Dr. Goodman Evaluates

Dr. Goodman works with patients experiencing a variety of spine, joint, nerve, and injury-related concerns, including:

Patient Education and Injury Evaluation

Dr. Goodman believes patients should understand what may be contributing to their symptoms and why a particular treatment is being recommended. Evaluation may include discussion of how symptoms began, which activities make them better or worse, previous injuries, movement limitations, and other factors that may be relevant to the condition.

This is especially important after an auto accident, when neck pain, headaches, back pain, stiffness, or other symptoms may not always be obvious immediately following a collision. Patients experiencing symptoms after an accident can learn more about our car accident injury care in Silverdale.

Dr. Goodman’s approach is focused on helping patients make informed decisions about conservative treatment and work toward better comfort, movement, and daily function.
