Non-Invasive Pain Relief With Class IV Laser Therapy

If pain, inflammation, stiffness, or an injury is keeping you from enjoying your normal activities, laser therapy may be a treatment option worth considering. At Kitsap Spine & Wellness, we provide Class IV Regenerative Laser Therapy for patients in Silverdale, WA and surrounding Kitsap County communities who are looking for a non-invasive approach to pain relief and healing support.

Laser therapy is designed to deliver therapeutic light energy deep into the tissues. This light is absorbed by the body’s cells, helping stimulate a natural healing response at the cellular level. For many patients, this therapy may help reduce pain, calm inflammation, improve circulation, and support faster tissue repair.

Our laser therapy care is gentle, non-invasive, and designed to help your body reduce pain and inflammation while supporting the healing process.

What Is Laser Therapy?

Laser therapy, also known as Class IV laser therapy, is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted light energy to support healing in muscles, joints, nerves, and soft tissue. The goal is to help the body reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and repair irritated or injured tissue more efficiently.

Unlike treatments that only mask symptoms, laser therapy is designed to support the body’s natural repair process. By targeting painful or injured areas, laser therapy may help patients experience improved comfort, better mobility, and a faster return to daily activities.

How Class IV Laser Therapy Works

During treatment, therapeutic laser light is directed into the affected area. The light energy is absorbed by cells and may help stimulate cellular activity, increase circulation, and support tissue repair. This process may also help reduce nerve sensitivity and calm inflammation that contributes to pain.

Many patients describe laser therapy as comfortable and relaxing. Treatment is typically gentle, and patients often feel a mild warming sensation during the session. There is no surgery, no injections, and minimal downtime for most patients.

Who May Benefit From Laser Therapy?

Laser therapy may be recommended for patients dealing with acute injuries, chronic pain, inflammation, soft tissue damage, or joint discomfort. Every patient is different, which is why our team evaluates your symptoms, health history, and treatment goals before recommending care.

Why Choose Laser Therapy?

Many patients want pain relief without relying only on medication, injections, or surgery. Class IV laser therapy offers a conservative option that focuses on reducing pain and inflammation while supporting the body’s ability to heal.

At Kitsap Spine & Wellness, laser therapy may be used as part of a personalized care plan for pain management, injury recovery, improved mobility, and better function. Whether you are recovering from an injury or dealing with a long-term pain condition, our goal is to help you feel better and move more comfortably.

Benefits of Laser Therapy

  • Pain relief: Laser therapy may help reduce pain by decreasing nerve sensitivity and supporting the release of the body’s natural pain-relieving chemicals.
  • Reduced inflammation: Treatment may help address inflammation at the source and support the body’s natural inflammatory response.
  • Improved circulation: Laser therapy may help increase blood flow and lymphatic movement, supporting nutrient delivery and waste removal.
  • Tissue repair support: Treatment may help stimulate cellular activity involved in muscle, nerve, cartilage, and soft tissue repair.
  • Improved mobility: By reducing stiffness and discomfort, laser therapy may help patients move more easily.
  • Non-invasive treatment: Laser therapy does not involve surgery, needles, or lengthy recovery time.
  • Minimal downtime: Many patients are able to return to normal daily activities after treatment.
  • Short treatment sessions: Laser therapy sessions are typically brief and comfortable.

Laser Therapy for Pain Management

Laser therapy may be helpful for patients dealing with pain caused by inflammation, nerve irritation, soft tissue damage, joint problems, or repetitive strain. By calming irritated tissues and supporting better cellular function, laser therapy may help reduce pain and improve quality of life.

This treatment may be especially useful for patients who want to address the source of pain rather than only masking symptoms. Our team will evaluate your condition and determine whether laser therapy is appropriate for your needs.

Laser Therapy for Injury Recovery

Injuries can affect muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and nerves. When these tissues are inflamed or damaged, healing can take time. Laser therapy is designed to support the repair process by improving circulation, increasing cellular activity, and helping reduce inflammation.

Whether your pain is related to a sports injury, work injury, auto injury, repetitive motion, or everyday strain, laser therapy may be included in your care plan to help support recovery and restore better function.

What to Expect During Your Visit

Your visit begins with a consultation and evaluation. Our team will discuss your symptoms, review your health history, and determine whether laser therapy is a good fit for your condition.

During the laser therapy session, the provider will apply the laser to the targeted treatment area. Most patients feel a mild warming sensation, and treatment is generally comfortable. Your provider will explain your care plan, how often treatment may be recommended, and what you can expect based on your specific condition.

I have been a patient of Dr. Goodman for 5+ years. His expertise in the field of chiropractic care is unmatched in my opinion. I feel that his routine monthly adjustments are key to my overall great health. At age 69 I can keep up with people half my age. He also got me through a severe neck injury with complete recovery. Taya is his front office administrative assistant, and is an amazing asset to the practice. Very cordial, and professional. Kevin

I came to Dr. Goodman after my neck pain was getting severe to a point that I can’t get out of bed. Burning pain on my neck all the way to my arms and fingers. Doc was compassionate and listened to every aches and pain. The best part is his service and he is very personable. His office feels like a home/family and I didn’t feel like I’m just another number. He made sure that every treatment I get is comfortable. I address to him that spinal decompression and laser helped alleviate my pain. He cares for his patient and understands their pain as he has personal experience as well. He even offered to text him on weekends if the pain gets bad and if I’m in need of decompression & laser. Patients and Dr’s should have a good rapport. This makes care planning and communication successful. A good relationship to your Dr will provide a healing environment in itself. Thank you Dr. Goodman, Alexia and Taya! -Claire J-
